1. What is your return policy? 

Artwork may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to make a return, please email us at info@TheArtCache.com or call us toll free at 1-844-200-ARTE (2783). 

Please follow these guidelines when returning artwork:

1. Contact Customer Service by either emailing us at info@TheArtCache.com or calling us toll free at 1-844-200-ARTE (2783) to obtain return instructions. Our office is open from 9-5, M-F EST. 

2. Once you receive return instructions, pack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.

Please note: If you are returning a product due to defect or error on our part, The Art Cache will pay the return shipping costs.

2. Do you give refunds? 

Yes, we do. You will receive a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of safe return of the item to The Art Cache. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus the shipping costs and restocking fee. We do not accept items that have been damaged or altered.

3. What information do you require from me and will it be protected? 

The information we collect tells us about the use of our website by visitors, including the areas of our site that are most visited or the time of a last visit to a page on our website. It helps us better understand a visitor's experience and improve upon that experience by recognizing and delivering more of the features, services and products our visitors prefer. 

We do NOT sell customer email addresses or make them available to other organizations for marketing purposes. 

The Art Cache takes every precaution to protect your information. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you on our site. 

We are committed to keeping your personal information (including your name, shipping address, email address, payment records, and banking and credit accounts) private and secure. For your convenience, you may also call us toll free at 1-844-200-ARTE (2783) during business hours to place your order and provide this information to us over the phone.
